Effective Date: July 27, 2026

These Service Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by REV Equipment, LLC. By requesting service, approving an estimate, signing a work order, or authorizing repairs verbally or electronically, the customer agrees to adhere to these Terms.

1. Service Authorization

The customer hereby authorizes REV Equipment, LLC to inspect, diagnose, service, repair, and test the equipment specified in the work order. Any repairs that fall outside the original scope of work will necessitate customer approval prior to the commencement of additional work.

2. Diagnostic & Labor Charges

A minimum service and diagnostic charge of one (1) hour applies to all service calls.

Labor is billed at the current hourly rate following the initial minimum service charge and is calculated in increments of 15 minutes.

Diagnostic labor will be charged regardless of whether the customer decides to proceed with the repairs.

3. Travel Charges

A travel charge of $100 per hour will be billed in 15-minute increments.

4. Estimates

All estimates are based on visible conditions and information available at the time of inspection. Should additional failures or hidden damage be identified during diagnosis or repair, a revised estimate may be required. No additional work will be undertaken without customer authorization.

5. Parts

Replacement parts are billed at the current selling price.

Special-order parts may necessitate full or partial payment prior to ordering and are generally non-returnable unless covered under the manufacturer’s warranty or supplied incorrectly.

The customer assumes responsibility for all parts installed and approved for the repair.

6. Payment Terms

Standard Customers

Unless a commercial credit account has been formally approved in writing, payment is due upon completion of service.

Approved Net 30 Accounts

Customers with an approved Net 30 account acknowledge that invoices are due within thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date.

Past-due balances may result in:

• Suspension of future service until the account is brought current.

• A late payment charge or interest on overdue balances as permitted by applicable law.

• The customer being liable for reasonable collection costs, court costs, and attorney’s fees where permitted by law.

Returned checks or failed electronic payments may incur additional fees.

7. Emergency & After-Hours Service

Emergency, weekend, holiday, or after-hours service may be billed at the applicable emergency labor rate in effect at the time the service is requested.

8. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in writing, labor performed by REV Equipment, LLC is warranted for a period of 30 days from the date of service.

Replacement parts are covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty.

This warranty does not extend to normal wear, abuse, misuse, accidents, improper operation, lack of maintenance, modifications by others, unrelated component failures, or customer-supplied parts.

9. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing:

• Safe access to the equipment.

• A safe work environment.

• Any required site access or escorts.

• Disclosure of known hazards or unsafe operating conditions.

The customer must ensure that the equipment is safe to service prior to the commencement of work.

10. Limitation of Liability

REV Equipment, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, production delays, rental expenses, downtime, loss of use, or business interruption arising from services performed, except where prohibited by applicable law.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, supplier shortages, shipping delays, labor disputes, governmental actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana.

13. Acceptance

By requesting service, approving an estimate, signing a work order, or authorizing repairs verbally, electronically, or in writing, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Service Terms & Conditions.
